FAQs

Booking and Deposits

1. A signed contract and initial deposit are required to secure your event date. 

2. The initial deposit is non-refundable. This deposit reserves your date and prevents us from booking other events on that day.

Cancellations

1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email by the contract holder.

2. Once an event is booked and a deposit is paid, the booking is considered final.

3. Cancellations made within 14-days of the scheduled event are not eligible for refunds or transfers, regardless of payment status. 

4. All payments made are non-refundable.

Date Changes / Event Transfers

1. Clients may request one (1) date change or event transfer, subject to availability.

2. The new event date must be within six (6) months of the original date.

3. Date change requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the original date.

Requests made after this period will be treated as cancellations.

4. The original deposit does not transfer to the new date. 

5. Rescheduled events are subject to current pricing at the time of the new booking.

Government-Mandated Closures

1. In the event of a state or county-mandated shutdown that prevents the event from taking place, clients will be allowed to reschedule based on venue and local government guidelines. 

2. Events may be postponed for up to 12-months from the original event date, subject to mutual agreement and availability.

3. Any contract modifications must be made in writing and approved by the contract holder.

Marketing and Media Rights

1. Beebee Decor and Events LLC reserve the right to use photos and videos taken during events for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. 

2. By booking our services, the client grants permission for such use unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to event.
