Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued. At this stage, items have been reserved and prepped specifically for your date, preventing us from renting them to others.
Exchanges & Order Changes
We understand that guest counts and themes can change.
Swapping Items: You may exchange items for different colors or styles (subject to availability) up to 60 days before your event.
Reducing Quantities: If you need to reduce your order quantity, you must do so at least 30 days prior to the event to receive a price adjustment. Reductions made after this deadline will not be refunded.
Adding Items: You may add items to your order at any time, subject to inventory availability.
Damages & Missing Items
Rentals must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Damages: If items are returned damaged (e.g., bent stands, stained flowers, broken parts), the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to your payment option upon communication with Beebee Decor and Events LLC.
Replacement Fee: $30 per floral arrangement; $20 per gold stand.
Lost/Stolen Items: The full replacement value will be charged for any items not returned.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all rental items immediately upon pickup or delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us immediately (before the event begins). We will do our best to swap the item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for that specific item.
